- The resulting five-titanium-valved, DOHC, counterbalanced beast spreads the power so thick that the YZ450F is ready to deal with everything from deep sand to hardpan at the drop of the kickstart.
Add to that bottomless well of power the next leap forward in suspension technology. A new
48mm fork with all-new transfer control valves keeps the air and oil separate, and a new shock with damping circuitry straight from the factory race machines are part of the '05 package as well.
