For over thirty four years Bumble Bee Boats has followed one basic principle- "Build quality boats and take care of customers."
Our definition of quality is
"eliminate problems a customer might have." How do we do that? We rely on experience, testing, and customer feedback. Although we are a limited quantity builder(intentionally), over thirty four years we've
built thousands and thousands of boats and in doing so we've made mistakes but we've also learned from them and try not to repeat them, and when changes are needed, we change immediately. Our philosophy is that
spending more for better materials, components, and personnel up front is much cheaper than repairs and customer dissatisfaction later. Some things that we do aren't the easiest or mose efficient way to build a
boat-but they are the best way. Some things we "overkill"-or can you? Every warranty(we're under 1%!) is reviewed and analyzed to determine its cause and necessary correction.
Taking care of our
customers means listening to them ang giving them what they want and more, particularly "value". It requires innovation, thought out designs, adding useful features, attention to details, and courtesy and
fair treatment. Taking care of customers sometimes mixing special colors, discussing setups, listening to suggestions, likes and dislikes, giving plant tours, taking phone calls or promptly returning them, and
trying to fulfill special requests. Taking care of the customer means providing the performance, ride, fishability, safety, reliability, and ease of ownership they desire.
Thank you for your consideration of
Bumble Bee Boats! Please compare our boats to the competition because we are confident that after you do you will recognize "the Bumble Bee difference".
